BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Reservations for up to 8 guests require credit card details to secure the booking.

• Reservations for more than 8 guests require a deposit of £10 per person, along with a food pre-order to be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the booking.

• Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

• All payment card details are held, and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed, by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd who acts on behalf of Aspire Restaurant via ResDiary. For full details of Stripe’s policy please visit https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, but as our seating is limited and dishes are freshly prepared each day, we kindly ask that all reservations are honoured and any changes or cancellations are communicated with sufficient notice.

Accordingly, the following apply;

• A cancellation fee may be applied if a booking is cancelled or if guest numbers are reduced at short notice. This fee will be taken either as a forfeited deposit (where applicable) or charged to the credit card provided to secure the reservation.

• For all reservations, please let us know of any cancellations or changes to your party size at least 8 hours in advance.

• Cancellations, or reductions in guest numbers made within 8 hours of the booking time, may incur a charge of £10 per person.

• In the event of a no-show, or if fewer guests attend than expected without prior notice, a fee of £10 per person will be charged.

• Tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes after the reservation time unless prior notice of late arrival has been received; failure to arrive within this period will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
